Just a few steps from the picturesque Postira are the Grand Hotel View. The hotel’s superb facilities and services, luxurious rooms with spectacular sea views, ancient island traditions and nature provide the perfect inspiration for relaxing your body and mind.

Grand Hotel View is a brand new 4-star hotel with 230 rooms and suites, which opened its doors to the first guests on July 1 this year. Luxuriously equipped accommodation units with Mediterranean gardens on balconies and spectacular views of the sea horizon and mountainsMosor and Biokovo, heated indoor and outdoor pools with sunbathing area, modern wellness and spa oasis of the hotel, modernly equipped congress hall, are only part of what you can find in this spectacular hotel.

Namely, the architect founded their concept on the reminiscence of rocks and Brac stone, so the hotel, with the shape of the building and the broken geometry as a form of façade, seems like a small quarry in the bay.

In the interior design, the architects of the Grand Hotel View opted for an inversion in impression and materials. While the exterior façade looks sharp, the interior design exudes tenderness and slow living philosophy. The entrance lobby conquers at first sight with warmth, and this atmosphere creates the intertwining of Mediterranean motifs, materials and shapes. The wooden ceiling embraces like the hull of a galley, terrazzo under reflects sunlight imitating the shredding of the sea, while the reception presents a golden sunlight that lingers in the heart of the hotel all day.

If Grand Hotel View is your choice for a holiday, you need to know that there is a 45-minute bus ride from Split Airport to Split Port. Depending on the time of arrival, boarding a ferry to the island of Brac can take up to an hour. From there you will have to ask for a shuttle bus to the hotel which takes 45 minutes.
